Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital – Full Mechanical HVAC Installation - Framingham, MA

Winchester Mechanical was proud to serve as the mechanical contractor for the new Blue Pearl Veterinary Hospital in Framingham, MA, delivering a complete HVAC system tailored to the complex needs of a modern veterinary facility.

The project included the installation of Carrier high-velocity rooftop units and all associated ductwork for the general areas, as well as premium Aaon rooftop units for the surgical wing, designed for precise temperature and humidity control. A fully integrated Building Management System (BMS) was also installed to monitor and optimize all HVAC equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and a stable environment throughout the facility.
