TNK Tower – Cooling Tower & Boiler System Replacement

Winchester Mechanical completed a major mechanical upgrade at TNK Tower, a six-story commercial building, involving the full replacement of the building’s central cooling tower and both boiler systems.

This complex project required extensive crane work and precision rigging to safely remove the existing cooling tower and install the new unit in its place. Winchester Mechanical coordinated this installation with minimal disruption to the building’s daily operations. In addition to the cooling tower, we replaced both building-wide boiler systems, improving energy efficiency, reliability, and overall heating performance.

Our team handled all phases of the project—from system removal and equipment logistics to final installation and commissioning—ensuring a smooth transition to modern, high-performance mechanical systems. TNK Tower is now equipped with a fully upgraded HVAC infrastructure, ready to meet the demands of its occupants year-round.
